Closed for 2020. See you again in 2021

Thanks for your business. We will start taking reservations for commercial producers {those with 200-250 broilers per day and signing up for multiple days over the course of the season} on 2/15/2021. All other reservations will open up on 4/1/2021. Our first butcher day of the season will be late May 2021. Reservations can be made via our website by clicking the butchery drop down tab > reservations > scroll through our calendar to find an available date > click ‘Make a Butcher Reservation’.
