Prices are subject to change to reflect the cost of labor, materials, and/or overhead.

We reserve the right to charge penalty fees for: 100% cancellations within 4 weeks of butcher date, no shows, neglecting to inform us of animal count changes prior to butcher date, full crops, diseased animals, and overweight animals. All fees will go directly to employees who were promised a full day of work and/or added labor costs.

Weight Restrictions: Turkeys weighing 40lbs+ live will be denied due to weight limits on our machinery.

All giblet prices include: sorting, washing, and packaging in 1Lb vacuum pack bags

Crate rental: $3.50/crate

Over Standard Weight: Chickens over 5.5lbs dressed (7.5lbs live) will be up-charged $.50-1.00/each for labor

Extra fees: Up to $100: cancellations w/o 4 week notice; Up to $50: mortality loss without 1 week notice; $100: full crops/intestines; $100: birds covered in manure or mud); $250: sick birds + processing fee + you will be responsible for disposal of carcasses and offal
