Chicken Butchering (Max: 250/day)
•1-10 birds: $5/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•11-50 birds: $4.50/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•51-100 birds: $4.25/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•101-150 birds: $4.00/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•151-200 birds: $3.75/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•201-250 birds: $3.50/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
Commercial Producers: $3.25/bird when a single producer brings 250 CORNISH CROSS on a single day.
Turkey Butchering (Max: 75/day)
•up to 12 lbs: $10/each
•13-18 lbs: $11/each
•19-24 lbs: $12/each
•26+ lbs: $0.55/lb
Rabbit Butchering *FRYERS ONLY* (Max: 125/day)
•1-25 rabbits: $6.00/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•26-75 rabbits: $5.50/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
•76-125 rabbits: $5.00/each inc. shrink bagging & labeling
Giblets
Harvested by request only. Poultry giblets (neck, heart, liver) are harvested at $0.07/part/bird. Chicken feet are charged at $0.15/pair. Rabbit giblets (kidney, heart, liver) are harvested at $0.07/part/rabbit. Pricing includes sorting, washing, and packaging in 12 or 16 oz clam shell containers.
Additional Services: new in 2018!
•Cut & Wrap Services: charged at $25 per labor-hour ie: 2 people working for 4 hours each will be charged at $25 x 8 hours. This service is limited to 75 birds per day.
Choose either 1) Halved Chicken--the spine is cut from the bird to produce two equal halves; each half is vacuum packed and labeled; spines are bagged by request only OR 2) Six Piece Cut--includes two whole legs, two breasts, and two wings packed in a single vacuum seal bag; we do not separate the thigh from the drum; frames are bagged in bulk.
